On-Site service.
If trouble cannot be resolved over the phone, or through remote
diagnostics, a technician will be on-site to repair the trouble.
Under warranty coverage or maintenance contract all service parts
and labor are covered, including unlimited service calls.
Lightning protection. We will
replace or repair your system, should equipment be damaged by lightning
surges, provided the proper surge protection is in place.
Unlimited
training and support. We will train your staff, as a
group or one-on-one, all aspects of our communications systems from
basic phone and voicemail features to system administration. You
will receive free unlimited training and coaching whenever you need
it.
Unlimited telephone programming support.
Should you need to make any small system changes, our staff is available
to guide you through the process.
Liaison
services between your company and local dial-tone providers. Whether
your phone problem is with the equipment or a local dial-tone provider,
ICS will identify the problem and work with other service providers
to resolve the outage efficiently.
